The two most common problems with the worst affect on an organization and the people in it are mis-communication and non-communication. Far more often than I think necessary I see people either not communicating or botching the job by communicating something other than what they mean or what “is”. These should be simple problems to solve, so why don’t more people solve them on a regular basis?
